Holiday Funfetti Rice Food

FUNFETTI® RICE

Steps:

• Place rice in a large bowl. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
• Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add red bell pepper, carrot, and celery; cook and stir until tender, about 5 minutes. Add seasoned rice and water; cook until rice is heated through, about 5 minutes. Add French-fried onions; toss to combine.

FUNFETTI RICE KRISPIES TREATS

Steps:

• Gather the ingredients.
• Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until melted.
• Add the marshmallows and cook on low heat until the marshmallows have completely melted, stirring occasionally.
• Stir in the Rice Krispies. Then stir in the rainbow sprinkles.
• Spread the mixture into a 9 x 9-inch greased baking dish .
• Top with additional rainbow sprinkles. Allow the dish to cool so the treats become firm.
• When firm, cut the treats into squares and serve.

HOLIDAY FUNFETTI RICE

Steps:

• combine spices together in a small bowl
• Add olive oil to sauce pan on medium high
• Saute rice with spices 2-3 minutes
• Add water (amount determined by typed of rice used. Consult rice package)
• Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low for 20 min
• Remove from heat and let sit for 10 min
• Fluff rice with a fork
• Add dried fruits and nuts
• Zest orange on top
• sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and serve
