1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling, divided
1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Cherry Flavor Gelatin
1-1/2 cups cold water
4 cups angel food cake cubes
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
3 cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Steps:

  • Reserve 1/3 cup cherry pie filling for garnish; set aside. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and remaining cherry pie filling. Refrigerate 45 min. or until slightly thickened.
  • Place cake cubes in 3-qt. serving bowl; cover with gelatin mixture. Refrigerate 45 min. or until gelatin layer is set but not firm.
  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP; spoon over gelatin layer in bowl. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and reserved cherry pie filling.

1 can (14-1/2 ounces) pitted tart cherries
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 package (3 ounces) cherry gelatin
10 to 13 drops red food coloring, optional
3 medium firm bananas, sliced
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 pastry shell (9 inches), baked
Whipped topping

Steps:

  • Drain cherries, reserving 2 tablespoons juice (discard remaining juice or save for another use). In a large saucepan, combine sugar and flour. Stir in the pineapple, cherries and reserved juice. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat. Add gelatin powder; stir until dissolved. Stir in food coloring if desired. Cool until partially set., Stir in bananas and pecans. Pour into the pie shell. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Garnish with whipped topping.

2 cups water, divided
1 package (3 ounces) cherry gelatin
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
2 tablespoons chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in cherry gelatin until dissolved. Stir in pie filling. Pour into an 11x7-in. dish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set., In a small saucepan, bring remaining water to a boil. Stir in lemon gelatin until dissolved. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Beat in lemon gelatin and pineapple. Cover and refrigerate for 45 minutes. , Fold in the marshmallows and whipped cream. Spoon over cherry layer; sprinkle with pecans. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
4 cups eggnog
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tespoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons rum or rum flavoring, optional
1 cup heavy cream
9- or 10-inch prepared pie shell

Steps:

  • Soften 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin in 2 cups eggnog on top of double boiler. Add 1/4 cup sugar and stir until gelatin and sugar are throughly dissolved.
  • Add 2 more cups of eggnog, nutmeg, and rum, if desired. Chill.
  • Whip chilled mixture until light and fluffy and then fold in whipped heavy cream.
  • Pour mixture into a 9- or 10-inch cooked pie shell. Chill until firm.
  • Garnish with additional whipped cream and cherries, if desired.

1 (9 inch) pie crusts, baked and cooled (can use a 10-inch pie shell also)
1 (14 ounce) can pitted tart cherries (not cherry pie filling)
1 cup sugar, plus
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (3 ounce) package cherry gelatin
8 -10 drops red food coloring
3 medium ripe bananas, sliced (make certain to use yellow ripe bananas with no dark spots)
3/4 cup chopped pecans
whipped cream or cool whip frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Drain the cherries reserving 2 tablespoons of the juice.
  • In a large saucepan combine 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar and flour.
  • Stir in the crushed pineapple with juice, cherries and the 2 tablespoons reserved cherry juice; bring to a boil, cook stirring for about 2 minutes, or until thickened; remove from heat.
  • Add in the cherry gelatin powder; stir until dissolved, then stir in the red food colouring.
  • Chill until PARTIALLY set.
  • Stir in the sliced bananas and nuts.
  • Pour into baked and cooled pie shell.
  • Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours until completely set before serving.
  • Slice and dollop with whipped cream or Cool Whip topping, or spread the whipped cream on top of the pie and then slice.

1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

  • Whip cream cheese with sugar until fluffy.
  • Blend in vanilla.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Blend thoroughly.

Steps:

  • Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and cherry pie filling. Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  • Place cake cubes in 3-quart serving bowl. Spoon gelatin mixture over cake. Refrigerate 45 minutes or until set but not firm (should stick to finger when touched and should mound).
  • Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon over gelatin mixture in bowl. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
  • Top with remaining whipped topping.

¼ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter, softened
1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅓ cup sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Whisk together the flour, white sugar, brown sugar, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl. Cut the softened butter into the flour mixture using a pastry blender until crumbly; set aside.
