1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
Toasted French bread slices, assorted crackers and/or fresh vegetables

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. , Shape into a ball; roll in walnuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight. , Serve with toasted French bread slices, crackers and/or vegetables.

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and feta with mixer until blended. Add next 3 ingredients; mix well.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  • Shape into ball. Roll in parsley until evenly coated.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (4 ounce) can pineapple, crushed & drained
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cups pecans or 2 cups walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon seasoning salt

Steps:

  • Soften cheese. Gradually add the pineapple. Mix in 1 cup of the nuts and add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Chill well.
  • remove from refrigerator and shape into 1 or 2 balls.
  • Roll into the rest of the remaining nuts.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until you serve.
  • Garnish the ball with jarred cherries and pineapple rings.
