This recipe came from the Sunday paper coupon inserts. It makes a great sauce to cook the cocktail weenies in, or a yummy dipping sauce for the side. This is such an great recipe to make for a gathering, and is very easily doubled. Serving size approximate.

1 cup Heinz 57 steak sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 (16 ounce) package cocktail franks

Steps:

Mix Heinz 57 Sauce and honey together in crockpot, add cocktail weenies.
Heat on medium to medium high heat for 2 hours, or until hot.
Serve and enjoy!

1/2 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Heinz 57®
1/2 cup Heinz® Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar
4 tsp. Lea & Perrins® Roasted Garlic Worcestershire Sauce *
3 Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Chopped fresh chives

Steps:

In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, Heinz 57®, Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired. Stir in chives. Cover and allow to rest at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite salad greens.
TIP: If preferred, place all ingredients in leak-proof jar or container, and shake vigorously until well mixed.
* TIP: If desired, substitute Lea & Perrins® Roasted Garlic Worcestershire Sauce with Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire Sauce.

1/4 cup Heinz 57®
1/3 cup Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire Sauce
2 lbs. Lean ground beef
1/3 cup Finely chopped onion
1 cup Plain dry breadcrumbs
2 Eggs, lightly beaten

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a 13x9 baking dish. Brush an additional 2 Tbsp. of Worcestershire Sauce on top and sides if desired.
Bake uncovered for about 1 hour, or until cooked through. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
TIP: If desired, add 1/3 cup of finely chopped sweet bell peppers.
TIP: Save the leftovers for lunch. Heat the meatloaf slices in a large skillet over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Serve on toasted rolls with additional Heinz 57®.
