- In a small or medium bowl, stir together 1 cup peanut butter, maple syrup/honey, and oat flour. Line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking dish with wax or parchment paper. Press peanut butter mixture into the dish.
- In a small bowl, melt the chocolate and 1/3 cup peanut butter by microwaving for 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until chocolate is just melted. Spread evenly over peanut butter layer.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or place in freezer for 20 minutes. Slice into 24 bars and store in air-tight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

Steps:
- Generously grease 13x9 baking pan or coat with nonstick spray.
- In a large, heavy saucepan, thoroughly stir together the peanut butter, brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, over medium high heat and boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Remove from the heat.
- Stir in corn flakes, 2/3 cup of the peanuts, the coconut, if using, and vanilla until evenly incorporated. Turn out the mixture into the baking pan, spreading to the edges.
- Immediately sprinkle the chocolate mini morsels over the top, let stand until they melt. Using a table knife, spread the melted chocolate evenly over the top.Sprinkle the remaining 1/3 cup of peanuts over the chocolate.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate completely sets, about 30 minutes.or freeze 15 minutes to speed chilling. Using a large, sharp knife, cut into 24 bars.
- Store in an air tight container for up to 1 week for freeze up to 1 month.

- FOR BARS.
- in medium saucepan heat 1 cup peanut butter, corn syrup. powdered sugar and margarine over med-low heat. until margarine is melted. stirring frequently. remove from heat. stir in oats.mix well.
- spread onto bottom of ungreased 8 or 9 inch square pan -- set aside.
- FOR TOPPING.
- place chocolate peices in med. sized microwaveable bowl. . microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- stir in 2 tabelspoons peanut butter until well blended. spread evenly over oats layer. sprinker with chopped nuts, if disired. chill 30 minutes or until set.
- cut into bars with sharp knife. if bars are difficult to cut let stand for about 10 minutes. store tightly covered at room temperature.

NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARS (REESES BARS)
This has to be the easiest Reese's-type bar around. I always have these ingredients in my pantry so they don't require any planning ahead. And best of all they don't require baking. Especially a great treat on hot summer days when you want something sweet but don't want to heat up the house. I've also given these as holiday gifts and friends always ask for the recipe. They also make a big pan (jelly roll size) so they are great for pot lucks as well.

- Butter 10X15 pan.
- Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.
- Press into prepared pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread over the top of peanut butter mixture.
- Keep refrigerated.
- Score, cut and serve.
