Steps:
- Add the coconut flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder to a small bowl, mixing until well combined.
- Add the milk and mashed banana, stirring until no clumps remain. Add the nut butter, sugar, and vanilla, mixing well to ensure that everything is fully incorporated. Transfer the batter to an 8 oz. ramekin or a small microwave safe mug.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes. If brownie has not set by then, continue to microwave in 30 sec intervals until desired consistency is reached.
- Carefully remove from microwave (mug will be hot!), sprinkle with chocolate chips, grab a spoon, and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
- Melt 1/4 cup butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in white sugar, eggs, applesauce, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven until brownies are just set in the center, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Combine 3 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and confectioner's sugar in a bowl; beat until smooth. Frost brownies while they are still warm.

Steps:
- In a microwavable safe bowl add the honey
- Microwave 30-45 sec (or until liquid-y)
- Now add in the unsweetened cocoa powder and mix until combined
- Set that bowl aside and get out a larger bowl for your dry ingredients
- Add all dry ingredients to the bowl and combine well
- Set that bowl aside and bring back your honey mixture
- Add the rest of your wet ingredients to the honey mixture and mix until smooth and chocolatey
- Now pour the wet ingredients into the dry and combine all of the ingredients until smooth
- In an 8x8 baking tray add your batter and bake at 350 degrees | 177 Celsius for around 25 minutes
- Cool in the tray for about 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling

- Heat the oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5 and line a shallow 23cm square baking tin with baking parchment. Tip the beans, cocoa, coffee granules, xylitol, vanilla, eggs and yogurt into a large bowl. Blitz using a hand blender until smooth. Or, do this in a food processor. Add the baking powder, then blitz again.
- Quickly tip the mixture into the tin and bake for 25-30 mins until set. Leave to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then lift out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Remove the baking parchment, then cut into 16 squares. Will keep chilled for up to three days.
