- Combine the oatmeal, sugar, walnuts, flour and cinnamon in a large mug. Using a fork, cut in the butter until the texture becomes crumbly.
- Place the berries on top of the crumble mixture and microwave on high power for 2 minutes, until the fruit starts to bubble and slightly thicken. Stir to bring the crumble to the surface and serve with a dollop of yogurt on top.

- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
- Place berries in a large baking dish (like a 10"x15" or a 9"x13"). Sprinkle with cornstarch and coconut sugar. Drizzle with lemon juice and honey. Using a spoon, mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined and spread into an even layer.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Melt butter and pour over oat mixture. Mix well and sprinkle over berries.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fruits are bubbly. Remove from the oven, set aside for about 10-15 minutes to allow the crisp to set a bit and serve warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or greek yogurt.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray bottom and sides of 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix oats, 1/2 cup flour and the brown sugar. Cut in butter, using pastry blender (or pulling 2 table knives through ingredients in opposite directions), until crumbly. Stir in pecans.
- In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Spread in baking dish. Sprinkle oat mixture over top.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until fruit mixture is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
