This 4 ingredient healthy fudgesicles recipe, made simply with coconut cream, milk, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate, is creamy, rich, and tastes like it could never be good for you!

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 can full-fat coconut milk (or coconut cream)
3/4 cup milk ((any kind, just not nonfat))
3 tablespoons unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder
8 ounces dark chocolate (chopped (use your best chocolate here))

Steps:

  • In a medium-size, heavy-bottom saucepan, place the coconut milk or cream, milk, and cocoa powder, and whisk to combine well.
  • Place the pan over medium-low heat and bring to a simmer. Remove the pan from the heat.
  • Add the chopped chocolate to the pot and whisk until the chocolate is melted.

2 cups Heavy cream ((or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free))
1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
3/4 cup ChocZero Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips
2/3 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/8 tsp Sea salt

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, combine all of the ingredients and heat over medium-low heat until the chocolate chips have melted. Whisk continuously, so the mixture does not burn. Remove from the heat.
  • Once the mixture has cooled, pour into the popsicle molds. Freeze for 2-3 hours, until the popsicles become slightly firm.
  • Remove from the freezer and insert the popsicle sticks. Return to the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours, or overnight.
  • Remove from the molds and enjoy immediately or store in a freezer safe container.

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the coconut milk, chopped banana, cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Divide the mixture among a popsicle mold, leaving about 1/2″ at the top. Freeze the fudgesicles for about 10 minutes before removing and inserting the popsicle sticks. Freeze for another 5-6 hours until solid.
  • To remove the popsicles, run hot water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds. Enjoy immediately, or remove to a resealable plastic bag for later use!
  • For the chocolate drizzle, lay the fudgesicles (after setting 4-5 hours) side by side on a piece of parchment paper. Add the chopped chocolate to a microwaveable bowl, and heat in 30 second increments until smooth. Use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate over the tops of the fudgesicles and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stirring often, heat the mixture over medium-low heat until the chocolate chips melt, about 5 minutes.
  • Set aside the mixture while you prepare the popsicle molds, if necessary (i.e. placing the molds upright in the stand).
  • Pour the mixture evenly between five popsicle molds. Place the handles that came with the popsicle molds on top and freeze until frozen through, about 6-8 hours.**
  • To unmold, run the mold under warm water for one to two minutes. Do your best to not get the popsicle itself wet. Then pull the popsicle out of the mold.
