Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter the bottom of a 13-by-9-inch baking dish.
- Stir together the melted butter, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Without separating into individual rolls, slice the top half of the bread off the bottom. Place the bottom portion of the rolls in the prepared baking dish. Layer the shaved roast beef on top, then the crispy onions, then a layer of provolone, then top with layer of pickles. Place the top section of the rolls on the sandwich stacks. Stir the spiced butter and then liberally brush over the tops of the rolls until entirely coated.
- Bake, uncovered, until the cheese is ooey gooey and the tops of the rolls are golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Cut into sliders with a large chef's knife.
MINI BAKED HAM (AND CHEESE) SANDWICHES
These are mini sandwiches made on sweet Hawaiian rolls containing ham and cheese. They are oven baked and easy to make. Definitely a crowd pleaser with all ages. You can adjust your ham and cheese to your liking. As written they make very hearty sandwiches. You fill up quickly. If you like your sandwiches lighter you could easily spread the pound of meat and cheese over 24 rolls instead of 12. Likewise adjust the butter to your taste. If you like a lot use the one stick and if you like less use half a stick. These can be made with roast beef or turkey too and american or cheddar cheese also. These were a hit at our house. Recipe originally from Kings Hawaiian. Enjoy! ChefDLH

Steps:
- Slice rolls in half. Mix together mayo, grated onion, poppy seeds, spicy mustard, horseradish, and Worcestershire. Taste it and adjust ingredients however you wish.To assemble, spread dressing on top and bottom buns. Lay on roast beef or ham, then one or two slices of cheese (I cut them to fit the small buns.) If you're using Cheez Whiz, spread a layer on the top bun. Wrap each sandwich in a foil square, and either keep in the fridge or bake right away. To bake the sandwiches, put them on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. The buns should be slightly crusty and the cheese should be melted. Great for a crowd!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Split the buns down the middle (keeping them intact if they came stuck together) and place them into the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and horseradish. Spread evenly on the bottom side of each bun, and then top with the roast beef, cheese, and top portions of the buns.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and brown sugar together. Once the brown sugar has dissolved into the butter, remove the pan from heat and then whisk in the mustard, onion, Worcestershire, and salt.
- Spoon the butter mixture over the sandwiches and then sprinkle them with the poppy seeds. Loosely cover the sliders with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil, and continue to bake until the top buns are golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 8-10 more minutes. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Mix the mayonnaise and horseradish together and set aside.
- Remove the Hawaiian Rolls from the packaging. Cut each set of 12 horizontally in half so the tops and bottoms are separated.
- Lay the bottoms in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread the horseradish mixture evenly over the rolls. Next lay the roast beef and then cheese evenly over the rolls. Put the tops back on the rolls and then use a knife to cut between each roll to separate the sandwiches. (This helps for serving.)
- Next, in a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, dried onion, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the top of the rolls and use a pastry brush to evenly spread it out and work between each roll.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the sandwiches are heated through and the cheese is melted.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter or lightly grease the bottom of a 13-by-9-inch baking dish.
- Without separating into individual rolls, slice the top half of the bread off the bottom. (Make sure the bottom portion is thicker than the top.) Place the bottom portion of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer half of the cheese on top of the bottom rolls. Next layer all of the roast beef on top, and then add the pepperoncini on top. (We've made these with 1/2 cup all the way up to 1 cup of pepperoncini. I prefer more, but my boys like less; add to your personal preference!) Finally, layer the last half of the cheese and then place the top section of rolls on top of everything.
- In a small bowl, combine the completely melted and slightly cooled butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, Italian seasoning, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste as desired ( I add 1/4 teaspoon salt), and whisk to combine. Using a pastry brush, liberally brush the butter mixture over the tops and sides of the rolls until well coated. Some of the butter mixture will pool at the bottom of the pan, which is fine -- this will help season the bottom section of rolls.
