Steps:
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil and fry chopped ginger for 30 seconds.
- Add chopped spinach and mashed green peas, continue frying for 1 minute.
- Remove from fire and mix with chillies, mashed potato, paneer and cornflour.
- Add all the spices to this and mix well.
- Make small patties from this mixture and deep fry till golden brown.

- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Now add chopped onions and saute them for a few minutes. Add chopped beans and peas. Add salt as per taste, along with cumin powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, dry mango powder, garam masala, chaat masala and coriander leaves. Mix everything well and cook for a few minutes.
- Lastly, add spinach leaves and cover the lid. Let them cook for a few minutes. Mix well and let the mixture cool down a bit.
- Add the cooked mixture to a blender and blend to form a smooth paste. Pour this paste into a bowl.
- Now to this paste, add mashed potatoes, besan, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well to prepare a dough.
