- Calienta la parrilla a fuego medio.
- Mezcla la carne y 2 cdas. del aderezo. Forma 8 hamburguesas finas. Mezcla el aderezo restante con el tocino. Pon esta mezcla al centro de 4 hamburguesas; complétalas con las rebanadas de Singles y las hamburguesas restantes. Sella los bordes, pellizcándolos con los dedos.
- Asa las hamburguesas de 7 a 9 min. por lado o hasta que estén completamente cocidas (temperatura interna de 160ºF).
- Rellena los panes con la lechuga, las hamburguesas y las rebanadas de tomates.

- Calienta la parrilla a fuego medio-alto.
- Forma con la carne 8 tortitas (1/4 pulg. de grosor). Ponles a 4 tortitas las 4 rebanadas de Singles y 1/4 del tocino a cada una. Tápalas con las tortitas restantes y apriétales los bordes con los dedos para sellarlas.
- Ásalas de 6 a 7 min. por lado o hasta que se cuezan (temperatura interna de 160°F).
- Úntales el queso crema a las partes de abajo de los panes. Ponles encima la lechuga, los tomates y las tortitas con queso. Cúbrelas con las partes posteriores de los panes.
