Hamburger Vegetable Soup With V8 Juice Food

HAMBURGER VEGETABLE SOUP

Steps:

• In a large saucepan, cook beef and onions until brown, drain fat.
• Stir in juice, broth,potato, carrots, celery,and beans.
• Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer, coverd for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

VEGETABLE SOUP WITH HAMBURGER

Steps:

• In a large saucepan, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir in beef mixture. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the vegetables are tender.

HEARTY HAMBURGER SOUP ( CROCK POT )

Steps:

• Put all vegetables in crock pot.
• Lightly brown ground beef and spoon over the vegetables.
• Combine the tomato soup, V-8 juice and water. Add the seasonings, and pour over the vegetables and meat.
• Cover crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours, or on high 2-4 hours.
• Serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
• Enjoy!

SIMPLE HAMBURGER VEGETABLE SOUP

Steps:

• Brown beef and onion.
• Drain.
• Combine everything in a large pot and simmer for about an hour.
• Good soup to use leftovers in - beans, zucchini, etc. Very good the next day.
