EASY SLOW COOKER VELVEETA CHEESE DIP WITH SAUSAGE AND HAMBURGER
Sausage and beef are combined with green chilies and cheese for a filling and hearty party dip.

Steps:
- Brown sausage, ground beef, and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Break up the meat and don't stir until the meat starts to brown. Drain, if necessary.
- Add browned meat and onion along with all other ingredients into a slow cooker. Heat on LOW until cheese is melted and leave on LOW in the pot to serve.
- Garnish with jalapenos, chopped green onions, or chopped cilantro if desired.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, brown, cook sausage and ground beef for 15 minutes and drain.
- Place in a 4-5 quart slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
- Add salsa, mushroom soup, tomatoes, green chilies, garlic powder, and oregeno and stir well. Fold into cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 1 hour or until cheese melts.
- Stir once during cooking.
- Serve from cooker.
HAMBURGER-SAUSAGE-CHEESE DIP
Just a quick, easy, delicious recipe that when you add on Triscuts-YUM!! Great for showers, potlucks, get togethers, while watching the game, or just for the family. I had this at a friend's shower years ago and had to have the recipe. I don't know where she got it from but I thought I would share it with you.

Steps:
- Cook ground beef and sausage together, drain.
- Add Velvetta cheese a few cubes at a time. Melt into mixture then add more cheese. Do this until all cheese has been melted into meat mixture.
- Add oregano and crushed red peppers. Mix together and cook about 30 minutes. Make sure to stir a few times while it is cooking.
- You can serve from the pot you cooked in or place in one of those dip crock pots. The crock pots you can keep the dip warm longer without worrying about burning.
- Place on a Triscut and you are done. You can use whatever cracker you want but the flavor of the Triscut with the dip is really a treat.

- Brown hamburger meat with chopped onion.
- Brown breakfast sausage.
- Place hamburger and sausage in crock pot.
- Place rest of ingredients in crock pot.
- Turn on high until cheese is melted.
- Turn back to low and serve.
- Be sure to stir occasionally.
- I estimated the cook time two hours.
CHEESY HAMBURGER DIP
I am editing the name of this recipe as many people emailed me that it was offensive. First off, my cousin named it and I continued with the name as he was killed in 1999. The former name was "Puke Dip" and I do apologize to those it offended but it is JUST a name. I have now changed it and hope people still enjoy this tasty, cheesy, dip that is perfect for game day. Steps:
- Chop the onion and fry with the hamburger.
- In another pot mix the velveeta and the splash of milk and let the cheese melt down.
- Add the hot sauce, milk and salsa, if using.
- Make sure you stir it often so the cheese doesn't burn!
- Drain the meat and dump into a crock pot.
- Then add the cheese.
- Mix well and cook on high setting for about 45 minutes.
- Turn setting to low and enjoy!

HAMBURGER SAUSAGE
Here's a great recipe for crackers to use at Christmas. I've made this several ways, instead of just hamburger I've used a combination of ground deer and ground beef or ground moose and beef. You could probably use any combination of meat but I suggest adding a non-lean ground meat such as beef or pork because you don't want it to be too dry. I have cooked this on the second day and it's pretty much the same as the fourth day but you should let it sit for a minimum of 24 hours with at least one good mix during that time.

- 2nd day: Mix (Can be cooked on this day).

- Cut 2 thin slices from a jalapeño and set aside, then mince the rest.
- Heat a medium cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Signature Select® Pork Sausage Roll Italian Style and cook, breaking up into small pieces, until browned, 5-6 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the onion, minced jalapeños, salt, and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is melted, then add the half-and-half, O Organics® Mexican Shredded Cheese, and O Organics® Shredded Cheddar Cheese, and continue to cook for 4-6 minutes, or until creamy and melted together.
