- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine the sour cream, butter, Parmesan cheese, seasoning blend, garlic powder and pepper. , Drain noodles; return to pan. Add sour cream mixture and toss to coat; heat through. Sprinkle with chives.

This recipe is our family favorite. The sauce is very rich and creamy and is great served over egg noodles. It does take a little longer to make, but it is well worth it!

- In a large Dutch oven heat the oil over high heat and brown the cubed stew meat. Remove from pan. In the same pan, saute the bacon, onion and celery until onions are translucent and bacon is fully cooked. Return the browned stew meat to the pan.
- Stir in seasoning salt, Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce the heat to medium. Simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is fork tender.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and saute the mushrooms for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the mushrooms to the meat mixture.
- Bring the meat mixture to a boil. Mix together the cornstarch and the water, and stir into the meat mixture; stirring constantly. Stir in sour cream until creamy serve over the egg noodles.

Steps:
- Heat up a deep skillet with oil over medium heat. Add your mushrooms and saute until translucent.
- Add the onions and garlic then continue sauteing.
- Add the ground beef and saute for roughly 8 to 10 minutes until caramelized.
- Dust with paprika and roast briefly.
- Deglaze with ⅓ cup of red wine and reduce briefly.
- Add the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Continue simmering for roughly 10 to 15 minutes until liquids have reduced by ⅔ of their original content and the beef is fully cooked.
- Dissolve your cornstarch in 1 tablespoon of red wine then add the slurry and sour cream into the simmering beef.
- Stir to combine, and continue simmering as needed to thicken but no more than 10 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Melt your butter in a skillet over medium-low heat then add the cream cheese and stir until melted.
- Add your pasta, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and ground black pepper. Toss to combine.
- Bring to a simmer for no more than 5 minutes.
- Portion both your ground beef stroganoff and noodles romanoff accordingly. Garnish with 1 teaspoon of parsley and serve!

- Cook onion and meat until browned. Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms, and reserved liquid. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes. Add evaporated milk and heat, stirring, until heated through. Serve over plain Noodles Romanoff. Cook egg noodles as directed on package. Drain. Mix sour cream, half of Parmesan cheese, chives, salt, pepper, and garlic together in bowl and set aside. Stir margarine into noodles. Stir in sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. - In a pot boil the egg noodles in salted water till tender; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet brown the hamburger meat and onion till it's done. DO NOT DRAIN!
- Add 1 cup of milk then add the flour and whisk till smooth. Slowly add milk as it comes to a boil. The skillet should be half way full by now. Pour the beef/gravy mix into a large mixing bowl and add 1 cup of the cheese and the Worcestershire sauce. You may need to add more to your taste .
- Add the noodle and mix well. Pour into a 13x9x2-inch pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 425°F for about 10 minutes.

- Brown beef and drain. Cook egg noodles according to package directions (or use my recipe for homemade noodles). Set aside.
- In a small cup, dissolve bullion granules in boiling water or use 1 1/2c. hot beef broth.
- Melt butter in medium sauce pan. Add in all-purpose flour and whisk until smooth. Add hot broth and stir continuously while simmering for 3-4 minutes.
- After butter mixture resembles gravy, remove from heat and stir in sour cream and mustard.
- Place beef and noodles in pan and stir to coat with gravy. Heat thoroughly, but don't boil.
- Enjoy!

- Cook beef slowly in butter.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water to make broth.
- Add flour to broth, whisk until smooth.
- Add the following to the cooked beef:.
- flour mixture, sour cream, onion and mushrooms.
- Season to taste.
- Keep warm on lowest setting in skillet, 20 minutes.
- DO NOT SIMMER!
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
