This recipe takes all the good things we love on pizza and combines them with egg noodles to form a great, one-dish casserole to feed your family.

Steps:
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic and green bell pepper. Drain excess fat. Stir in the noodles, pepperoni, pizza sauce and milk, and mix well. Pour this mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes, top with the cheese, then bake for 5 to 10 more minutes.

Steps:
- Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Cook the gound beef in a medium skillet with the onions, green peppers, garlic, salt pepper until meat is browned and veggies are tender; drain fat, and mix in the Parmesan cheese.
- Stir in the 1/2-pound pepperoni (chop this pepperoni to add to the mixture, leave the remaining half pound pepperoni sliced), mushrooms, pasta sauce; stir well until combined; simmer for 20-25 minutes on top of stove.
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the cooked rigatoni pasta on the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with 2 cups mozzarella cheese over the pasta.
- Layer with pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
- Top with the ground beef/pasta sauce mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with the remaining 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes longer, or until bubbly.
- Let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.

GROUND BEEF PIZZA CASSEROLE
This can be made using bulk Italian sausages or use both! I have even layered in sliced onions, pepperoni, ham or whatever you desire on top of the ground beef mixture before adding the mozza cheese.

Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch bakin pan.
- Brown the ground beef with onion, garlic, green pepper, salt and pepper until beef is no longer pink; drain fat.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons flour, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and basil; mix well.
- Add in tomato sauce; bring to a boil; cook stirring for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the ground beef mixture to prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle mushrooms and then with mozzarella cheese.
- At this point the casserole may be refrigerated and finished later.
- Place the remaining 1 cup flour in a mixing bowl.
- To the flour, add/whisk in eggs, milk, oil and salt until smooth; stir in 1/4 cup (or more if desired) cheese; mix to combine.
- Pour over casserole.
- Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until browned.
- Delicious!

GROUND BEEF PIZZA CASSEROLE
This is a favorite of my teenaged son and his friends. They've been known to take seconds and even third helpings of this. Even the pickiest of eaters like this casserole--one of my son's friends who is extremely picky asked for the recipe!

Steps:
- 1. Spray deep 10x15 pan with non-stick spray. I use my lasagna pan. Cook the ground beef with onion and garlic and seasoned salt and pepper until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain grease and mix in the Parmesan cheese.
- 2. Chop half of the pepperoni into small pieces and add to beef mixture. Leave the remaining pepperoni in slices. Stir in drained mushrooms and pasta sauce and simmer for 20-25 minutes on top of stove.
- 3. Preheat oven to 350. Place cooked rigatoni pasta in the bottom of greased baking dish. Sprinkle 2 cups mozzarella cheese over pasta. Layer the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese. Top with all of the pasta sauce. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
- 4. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining 2 cups of mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Cook noodles according to package directions.
- 3. While noodles are cooking, brown sausage and hamburger in a pan.
- 4. Add pepperoni the last few minutes of cooking the hamburger/sausage. Drain the grease from the meat.
- 5. Also while noodles are cooking, saute vegetables of choice (if any) to add to casserole.
- 6. Add pizza sauce to the meat mixture.
- 7. Season with salt pepper and sugar.
- 8. Add vegetables and warm for about 5 minutes.
- 9. Toss noodles into the meat/sauce mixture.
- 10. Spray a non-stick cooking spray into a 9x13 casserole dish.
- 11. Pour the mixture into the dish. Top with enough mozzarella cheese to cover the casserole. [The more cheese the better :-)!!]
- 12. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 (until bubbly).
- 13. You can make this as simple or as complex as you desire. IF you go for the simpler route (noodles, hamburger, pepperoni and sauce) only need 1 jar sauce and 8 oz of noodles. If you go for the heartier version (all meats and veggies), use 2 jars sauce and 16 oz noodles.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes. Drain.
- Cook and stir ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until meat is crumbly and browned, about 10 minutes; drain excess grease.
