- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Add the onion and cook until softened. Add the spaghetti sauce and allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the sour cream. Add the drained pasta and stir to coat.
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour half of the pasta into the baking dish. Top with half of the Provolone and half of the Mozzarella. Pour the remaining pasta on top and top with the remaining Provolone and Mozzarella, and sprinkle the Parmesan on top.

- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large nonstick, oven proof skillet or Dutch oven over medium high heat. Add meat and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Add onions and carrots and cook until meat is browned.
- Add bell pepper and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in crushed tomatoes, fire roasted tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken bouillon, sugar, and all seasonings and bring to a simmer. Simmer gently uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After 10 minutes, stir in the water and pasta. - Transfer to baking dish.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and put back in the pot. Swirl in 1 tablespoon of butter.
- While the pasta is cooking, using a large skillet, cook onions in olive oil for about 3 minutes. Add garlic the last 30 seconds.

- Cover the pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure button to 4 minutes. When the time is up let the pot sit for 5 minutes and then move the valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir in the cream cheese and spinach and pine nuts. The cream cheese will melt fairly quickly. Stir until incorporated.

- Add seasoning, keep stirring till beef if fully browned but not burnt. Add the tomato paste and water. Let sauce simmer on low heat while you cook pasta.
