1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
1 large navel orange, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 beef skirt steak (3/4 lb.)
4 flour tortillas (10 inch)

Steps:

  • Heat greased grill to medium heat.
  • Mix dressing and mint until blended. Combine oranges, onions and cheese in medium bowl. Add half the dressing mixture; mix lightly.
  • Grill steak 5 to 6 min. on each side or until cooked to medium doneness (160°F), brushing frequently with remaining dressing mixture.
  • Remove steak from grill; let stand 5 min. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Top tortillas with meat and orange mixture; roll up.

2 cups thinly sliced cooked beef ribeye or sirloin steak (about 3/4 pound)
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cold water
6 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
6 flour tortillas (8 inch)

Steps:

  • Cut beef across the grain into thin slices.
  • Combine lemon peel, juice, 2 tablespoons sugar, sesame oil, 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper in medium bowl.
  • Add beef; toss to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

This Easy Steak and Cheese Wrap can be prepared in just a few minutes! This is the perfect quick and easy dinner or lunch recipe!

1 1/2 pound sliced steak (pre sliced flank or top round steak works great)
2 tablespoons steak marinade
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 green bell pepper, seeds removed and sliced
1 large onion, sliced
4 slices provolone cheese
4 large tortillas

Steps:

  • In a large ziplock bag toss your steak strips with marinade and salt and pepper.
  • Heat one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of olive oil over medium high heat. Place steak strips in skillet. Let the steak cook without stirring for 2-3 minutes to get a good color.
  • Stir steak and cook 2-3 minutes more, remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Heat the remaining one tablespoon of olive oil and add sliced bell pepper and onion. Let cook, stirring occasionally for approximately 5 minutes or until tender.
  • Wipe skillet clean and reduce heat to medium. Spray skillet with cooking oil and heat tortillas one at a time just until lightly brown and easily flexible.
  • Assemble by adding one slice of cheese, steak slices, bell peppers and onions on each tortilla, wrap tightly.
  • Slice and serve.
