GRILLED STEAK KEBABS
These grilled steak kebabs are juicy and mouthwatering-delicious! It marinates overnight which makes the steak kebabs tender and so flavorful.

- Add all marinade ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
- Place chopped steak into large mixing bowl or Ziploc bag and pour marinade over meat. Stir to combine, cover (or seal the bag) and refrigerate overnight, stirring once or twice while marinating. Allow at least 8 hours for marinade to tenderize meat.
- Skewer marinated meat along with the sliced veggies, alternating them on the skewer. Grill steak kabobs over med/high heat for about 8-10 min or until desired doneness is reached, rotating every 2-3 min for even grilling. Remove kebobs from grill and let them rest at least 5 min before eating.

GRILLED MARINATED STEAK KEBABS
Grilled Marinated Steak Kebabs; cubes of steak, peppers and onion marinate in a simple homemade marinade, skewered and grilled to perfection. Serve with rice, corn on the cob or a green salad and grilled bread. This recipe will yield 12 skewers and serve 6 with 2 skewers per person.

- In a large bowl combine the garlic, steak seasoning, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, tamari and olive oil. Whisk to combine thoroughly.
- Place the peppers, onions and cubed sirloin into the marinade and toss to coat. Allow the beef to marinate on the countertop for 15 to 20 mintues.
- While your grill is preheating to medium-high (550-600°). Skewer the steak, alternating with the peppers and onion until all of the steak is skewered. Any remaining peppers and onions can be added to a hot grill pan later on while the steak kebabs rest.
- Once your grill is hot, place the skewers down and immediately reduce the temperature to medium (400°) and continue to cook, turning occasionally, until there's a nice grill marks on the outside.
- Remove and let rest for 5 minutes or so before serving. This is when I would place the grill pan on top of the hot grates. Once hot, use tongs to add the vegetables, leaving the marinade in the bowl.

- 1. One day before: Wash vegetables and cut (except the mushrooms) into bite sized pieces. Place all vegetables into a gallon freezer bag, pour in Italian dressing, and place in the refrigerator to marinate.
- 2. One day before: Mix Montreal steak marinade as directed on package. Place bite-sized steak pieces in a second freezer bag. Pour marinade over meat, and place in refrigerator to marinate.
- 3. When the vegetables and meat have marinated (24 hours is best), soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes.
- 4. Preheat grill, medium to med-high heat. Alternately place vegetables and meat onto skewers.
- 5. Grill for about 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until meat is cooked to your desired doneness. Enjoy Blue Ribbon award-winning grilled steak kabobs.
KABOB MARINADE
This is a tasty, easy to make marinade that is great for any grilled meat. It makes enough for about two pounds of uncooked meat. Hunters - try this on your deer.
