1 pound fettuccine noodles
4 pieces Perfect Grilled Chicken (thawed if frozen), recipe follows
1 cup heavy cream
1 stick salted butter
Freshly ground black pepper
2 cups freshly grated Parmesan
2 cups olive oil
6 tablespoons honey
3 heaping tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons ground thyme
2 teaspoons ground oregano
Juice of 12 lemons
24 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
  • Cut the Perfect Grilled Chicken into strips. Heat over medium-high heat in a skillet until warmed through.
  • In a saucepan or skillet over low heat, warm the cream and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place half of the Parmesan into a large serving bowl. Pour the warm butter/cream mixture over the top.
  • Drain the pasta and immediately pour it into the bowl. Toss a couple of times, and then sprinkle in the other half of the Parmesan. Toss to combine, thinning with pasta water if necessary. Top with the chicken slices.
  • Delicious!
  • Mix together the olive oil, honey, mustard, salt, thyme, oregano and lemon juice in a large shallow container.
  • Pound the chicken breasts to uniform thickness and add them to the marinade. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken in batches until golden brown on the first side, 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side and cooked all the way through, another 4 to 5 minutes. Let the chicken cool.
  • Transfer the chicken to freezer bags individually and in pairs, so it's easy to defrost the exact amount you need. Yield: 24 servings

1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
2 teaspoons butter
3 tablespoons Homemade Cream-Style Soup Mix
2/3 cup water
3 ounces uncooked spaghetti
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper, divided
1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5 ounces each)
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon cold water

Steps:

  • In a small skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk soup mix and water until smooth. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2 minutes, whisking occasionally. Stir in mushrooms and set aside. , Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon pepper and seasoned salt over both sides of chicken. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. , In a nonstick saucepan, combine the cream, wine or broth, onion, garlic, mushroom mixture and remaining pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; stir into cream sauce. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Drain spaghetti; top with chicken and sauce.

1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 onion, chopped finely
1 chicken bouillon cube
125ml water
175ml milk
300ml double cream
6 spring onions, sliced diagonally
35g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
450g dried fettuccine
fresh leaf parsley, chapped to garnish
salt and pepper to season

Steps:

  • Using a heavey based frying pan, heat the oil and the butter and add the garlic to a low heat. After a minute add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until the juices are no longer pink.
  • When ready, remove the chicken breast from the pan and slice diagonally into thin strips and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, add the onions to the used pan and cook gently for 5 mintues until they become soft.
  • Crumble the bouillon cube over the top and add the water. Bring to the boil and leave to simmer for around 10 minutes.
  • Once the liquid has reduced stir in the cream, milk, Parmesan and spring onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Boil once again then leave to simmer for around 10 minutes until the sauce has thickend.
  • While the sauce is thickening boil a pan of lightly salted water with a little olive oil. Add the fettuccine and cook for 5 minutes till tender yet still firm or to the guidlines on the packet. Drain and transfer to a warmed bowl. Layer the chicken slices over the top and once the sauce is ready pour over the top of the chicken. Garnish with parsely and serve.

4 cups water
1 lemon, quartered and juiced
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup kosher salt
Four 6-ounce boneless chicken breasts with skin
4 drops liquid smoke
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
8 sage leaves
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
8 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup semidry white wine
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl mix together water, lemon juice, sugar and salt until dissolved. Add lemon quarters and chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes. Remove from marinade and pat dry. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. Massage 1 drop of liquid smoke into each chicken breast. Salt and pepper generously then rub 1 tablespoon butter over and under skin of each chicken breast, placing 2 sage leaves underneath the skin. Place on hot grill, skin side down, until skin is golden brown, about 5 minutes. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake until cooked through, about 25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile for the white wine mushroom sauce: In a large saute pan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter with olive oil. Add onions, mushrooms and cayenne pepper. Saute until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender, about 8 minutes. Add wine and reduce until it's almost evaporated. Add chicken stock and simmer until reduced by one third. In a small bowl press together remaining butter and flour with fingertips until well blended, then slowly add to the sauce while stirring with a wooden spoon. Simmer until sauce resembles loose gravy, about 5 minutes. Serve warm with the chicken.

2 red peppers
1 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
1/2 cup sour cream
1 chicken bouillon cube
4 KRAFT Singles, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Grill chicken and peppers 10 min. or until peppers are evenly blackened, turning occasionally. Place peppers in closed paper bag or covered bowl. Grill chicken an additional 15 min. or until done (165°F). Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package.
  • Remove and discard peels, stems, seeds and veins from peppers. Drain spaghetti, reserving 1 cup of the water; pour water into blender. Add peppers, sour cream and bouillon cube; blend until smooth. Pour into Dutch oven or large deep skillet.

16 ounces penne pasta
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (I use inexpensive olive oil from Spain)
30 fresh sage leaves
1 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese, freshly grated
fresh ground pepper, to taste
salt, to taste

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and salt it. Cook the pasta until it is tender but just short of the point at which you want to eat it.
  • Meanwhile, place butter and olive oil in a saucepan large enough to hold the cooked pasta; turn the heat to medium and add the sage. Cook until the butter and oil begin to brown and the sage shrivels.Turn heat down to low.
  • When pasta is almost done, scoop out a cupful of the cooking water and set aside. Drain the pasta, immediately add it to the sage mixture, and raise the heat to medium.
  • Add 1/2 cup of the reserved water, and stir. Cook about 30 seconds or until some of the water is absorbed and the pasta is perfectly done.
  • Stir in the cheese until the sauce becomes creamy. Thin it with a little water if necessary.
  • Season liberally with pepper, and salt to taste.

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
16 ounces spaghetti
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley, or 1/2 teaspoon dried
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh basil, or 1/4 teaspoon dried
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup grated parmesan, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat grill or grill pan.
  • Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper on all sides. Grill over medium-high heat until no longer pink inside, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and cover with aluminum foil. Set aside.
  • Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
  • While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, parsley, and basil to the pan and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Pour lemon juice into skillet, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 3 minutes.

200 g butternut squash, peeled, deseeded and cut into 2cm (3/4in) pieces
3 tsp. oil
300 g trofie pasta
4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
125 ml chicken stock
250 g crème fraîche
2 tbsp. chopped sage, plus extra leaves for topping
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
Finely grated zest 1 lemon
150 g grated gruyère
100 g ricotta

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan) mark 5. Mix butternut squash with 1tsp oil on a baking tray and cook in oven for 30min, or until tender. Set aside.
  • Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook pasta until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat remaining oil in a large frying pan on high heat and fry chicken, in batches, for 3-4min, until golden brown. Remove each batch to a plate with a slotted spoon once browned.
  • Return all the chicken to the pan, pour in the stock, bring to a simmer then bubble for 2min or until chicken is cooked through and stock has reduced by 1/4.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the crème fraîche, chopped sage, chilli, lemon zest, butternut squash, pasta and 100g (31/2oz) gruyère; season.
  • Spoon into a 2litre (31/2 pint) ovenproof dish. Mix together the remaining 50g (2oz) gruyère with the ricotta and dot small spoonfuls of the mixture over the dish and top with the sage leaves. Cook in the oven for 20min.
  • Preheat grill to high. Grill until the top is golden. Serve with a green salad, if you like.

Steps:

  • Prepare the ingredients: chop the garlic, sage, and shred the cheese.
  • Melt one tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat with the chopped garlic. Once the butter has melted add the flour and stir until it forms a paste.
  • Reduce the heat to low and gradually stir in 3/4 cup water or milk stirring constantly until the sauce begins to thicken.

Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter, divided
1/3 cup finely chopped shallots
1-2 large cloves of garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage, plus 6 leaves (divided)
3/4 cup dry white wine
2/3 cup whipping cream

Steps:

  • Brush chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle breasts with garlic salt and pepper. Grill over medium high heat 5 minutes per side. Let rest then slice into 2" x 1/2" strips. Grill corn until ears start to brown, about 10 minutes. Cut corn off cobs. Sauce: Melt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Add shallots,sage and garlic to same skillet.   • Make chicken:
  • Mix oil, garlic and rosemary in 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Add to oil mixture; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate chicken at least 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  • Make sauce:
  • Boil both stocks and wine in heavy medium saucepan until reduced to 1 cup, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Cook pancetta in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp and golden, stirring constantly, about 3 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer pancetta to bowl. Add mushrooms to same skillet and saut until golden, about 4 minutes. Add stock mixture and cream to skillet and simmer until reduced to sauce consistency, about 5 minutes. Mix in pancetta and sage. Season to taste with pepper.
  • Meanwhile, prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Remove chicken from marinade. Grill until cooked through, turning occasionally, about 30 minutes.
  • Spoon grits onto plates. Place chicken atop grits. Spoon sauce over; serve.
