Steps:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- Cut the Perfect Grilled Chicken into strips. Heat over medium-high heat in a skillet until warmed through.
- In a saucepan or skillet over low heat, warm the cream and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place half of the Parmesan into a large serving bowl. Pour the warm butter/cream mixture over the top.
- Drain the pasta and immediately pour it into the bowl. Toss a couple of times, and then sprinkle in the other half of the Parmesan. Toss to combine, thinning with pasta water if necessary. Top with the chicken slices.
- Delicious!
- Mix together the olive oil, honey, mustard, salt, thyme, oregano and lemon juice in a large shallow container.
- Pound the chicken breasts to uniform thickness and add them to the marinade. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken in batches until golden brown on the first side, 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side and cooked all the way through, another 4 to 5 minutes. Let the chicken cool.
- Transfer the chicken to freezer bags individually and in pairs, so it's easy to defrost the exact amount you need. Yield: 24 servings

- In a small skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk soup mix and water until smooth. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2 minutes, whisking occasionally. Stir in mushrooms and set aside. , Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon pepper and seasoned salt over both sides of chicken. - Using a heavey based frying pan, heat the oil and the butter and add the garlic to a low heat. After a minute add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until the juices are no longer pink.
- When ready, remove the chicken breast from the pan and slice diagonally into thin strips and set aside.
- Meanwhile, add the onions to the used pan and cook gently for 5 mintues until they become soft.
- Crumble the bouillon cube over the top and add the water. Bring to the boil and leave to simmer for around 10 minutes.
- Once the liquid has reduced stir in the cream, milk, Parmesan and spring onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Boil once again then leave to simmer for around 10 minutes until the sauce has thickend.
- While the sauce is thickening boil a pan of lightly salted water with a little olive oil. Add the fettuccine and cook for 5 minutes till tender yet still firm or to the guidlines on the packet. Drain and transfer to a warmed bowl. Layer the chicken slices over the top and once the sauce is ready pour over the top of the chicken. Garnish with parsely and serve.
GRILLED CHICKEN WITH WHITE WINE MUSHROOM SAUCE

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a large bowl mix together water, lemon juice, sugar and salt until dissolved. Add lemon quarters and chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes. Remove from marinade and pat dry. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. Massage 1 drop of liquid smoke into each chicken breast. Salt and pepper generously then rub 1 tablespoon butter over and under skin of each chicken breast, placing 2 sage leaves underneath the skin. Place on hot grill, skin side down, until skin is golden brown, about 5 minutes. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake until cooked through, about 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile for the white wine mushroom sauce: In a large saute pan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter with olive oil. Add onions, mushrooms and cayenne pepper. Saute until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender, about 8 minutes. Add wine and reduce until it's almost evaporated. Add chicken stock and simmer until reduced by one third. In a small bowl press together remaining butter and flour with fingertips until well blended, then slowly add to the sauce while stirring with a wooden spoon. Simmer until sauce resembles loose gravy, about 5 minutes. Serve warm with the chicken.

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and salt it. Cook the pasta until it is tender but just short of the point at which you want to eat it.
- Meanwhile, place butter and olive oil in a saucepan large enough to hold the cooked pasta; turn the heat to medium and add the sage. Cook until the butter and oil begin to brown and the sage shrivels.Turn heat down to low.
- When pasta is almost done, scoop out a cupful of the cooking water and set aside. Drain the pasta, immediately add it to the sage mixture, and raise the heat to medium.
- Add 1/2 cup of the reserved water, and stir. Cook about 30 seconds or until some of the water is absorbed and the pasta is perfectly done.

- Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan) mark 5. Mix butternut squash with 1tsp oil on a baking tray and cook in oven for 30min, or until tender. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook pasta until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat remaining oil in a large frying pan on high heat and fry chicken, in batches, for 3-4min, until golden brown. Remove each batch to a plate with a slotted spoon once browned.
- Return all the chicken to the pan, pour in the stock, bring to a simmer then bubble for 2min or until chicken is cooked through and stock has reduced by 1/4.
- Remove from heat and stir in the crème fraîche, chopped sage, chilli, lemon zest, butternut squash, pasta and 100g (31/2oz) gruyère; season.
- Spoon into a 2litre (31/2 pint) ovenproof dish. Mix together the remaining 50g (2oz) gruyère with the ricotta and dot small spoonfuls of the mixture over the dish and top with the sage leaves. Cook in the oven for 20min.
- Preheat grill to high. Grill until the top is golden. Serve with a green salad, if you like.
