Steps:
- Mince garlic and add all ingredients except for chicken to a plastic zip-topped bag.
- Add chicken to bag and marinate for at least 20 minutes, or overnight. Flip bag to distribute marinade occasionally.
- Remove chicken from refrigerator and preheat grill to medium high, about 375 degrees.
- Place chicken legs on hot grill and cook for 20 minutes, flip over and cook for another 10-15 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 185 degrees. (See note below.)
- Let rest for at least 5-10 minutes and dig in!

Steps:
- Bring wine, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic to a boil in a saucepan.
- Reduce heat, and simmer until mixture has thickened to the consistency of honey, 35 to 40 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Using a sharp knife, make three diagonal slashes through the skin and flesh on both sides of each drumstick (this will help the flavors permeate the meat).
- Preheat grill to medium-low. (If you are using a charcoal grill, coals are ready when you can hold your hand 5 inches above grill for just 7 seconds.)
- Place drumsticks on grill, and brush with sauce.
- Close cover, and grill 4 minutes.
- Flip chicken, and brush with sauce.
- Continue to cook, flipping and brushing with sauce every 4 to 5 minutes, until cooked through, about 20 minutes total.
- Season with salt.

- Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours to 24 hours.
- Heat the grill to 400 degrees, then spray the chicken drumsticks with grill spray.
- Grill the chicken for 4-5 minutes on the first side. Keep close eye on them - the sugar in the sauce will caramelize and burn.
- Flip the drumsticks over and grill for 4-5 more minutes, or until their internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove and baste with BBQ sauce then allow to rest 5 minutes.

- For the chicken: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Rinse and pat dry the drumsticks. Mix the oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and some salt and pepper in a medium bowl or resealable plastic bag. Toss the drumsticks in the seasoned oil to coat well. Bake the drumsticks on a wire rack placed on a baking sheet (so air circulates around chicken) until very tender and the skin is crisp, 50 minutes.
- For the spicy sauce: Mix together the butter, hot sauce and BBQ sauce in a large bowl.
- Toss the drumsticks in the spicy sauce until well coated. Place the drumsticks back on the rack and continue baking an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cook's Note: For an alternate milder sauce, whisk together 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon hot sauce, juice and zest of 1 lime, 1 clove of garlic, minced and some salt and pepper.

- Mix yellow onion, white onion, and garlic together in a bowl.

My DS of 2 is a fussy eater ,so i came up with this recipe on the spur of the moment,and believe me,i did not hear no fuss....and I had a satisfied son after a long time...I have made this with 2 pieces for 1 person ,but alter as per wish...Cooking time does not include marination time.

- Make incisions on the chicken Season with salt and pepper add the lime juice and leave to rest for a couple of minutes.
- mix the soya sauce,honey and tobasco sauce.
- place the chicken drumsticks in the sauce and mix well till coated and let marinate for half hour.
- coat the chicken with the breadcrumbs (Easy way to do this is put the breadcrumbs in a plastic bag and drop the chicken in and coat them without getting your fingers messy and the leftover breadcrumbs can be re-used with out it getting lumpy.) Place it on a greased tray and put it under the grill at first on medium setting to ensure the chicken is well done on the inside and turn it up to crisp the outside.
