1/2 scoop of protein powder
1 small scoop stevia
1 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together until combined
  • Place in refrigerator for approximately one hour or the freezer for 30 minutes

½ scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, Whey-Caesin (15g)
2 tsp Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding Mix (5g, Sugar free)
⅓ cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt (75g)
¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (60ml)

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine protein powder and instant pudding mix.
  • Add yogurt and milk and whisk until smooth.Add more milk if too thick, pudding mix if too thin.
  • Top with granola or or fruit and enjoy!

1 cup fat-free milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
1/2 cup mashed strawberries

Steps:

  • Measure yogurt into medium bowl. Gradually add milk, stirring with wire whisk until well blended. Add dry pudding mix. Beat 2 min. or until well blended. Stir in strawberries.
  • Spoon evenly into five dessert dishes; cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator.
