Steps:
- Combine yogurt, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla, honey and spices in a small bowl and set side.
- In a large bowl, gently toss together the cut up fruit slices. If preparing salad ahead of time, be sure to squeeze a little extra lemon juice on the fruit so it does not turn brown. Also - top with dressing only right before serving fruit salad. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and pecans before serving too! YUM! Enjoy!

FRESH FRUIT WITH GREEK YOGURT DIP/DRESSING
This is great with all kinds of fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas, grapes, canteloupe, apples, etc.). When one of my friends stayed with me during a visit, I came up with this for a quick breakfast before we headed out for the day. If I make it for just a few people, I serve it on the side so you have the option to dip your fruit or top it with as little or as much as you prefer. I make a big bowl of fresh fruit (8-10 cups of whatever is in season) along with this recipe. I have also served it for a family brunch and used this as a yogurt dressing for the fruit. I came back with no leftovers, and several requests for the recipe. This stuff is good!!!

Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix all fruit together.
- Gently fold yogurt into fruit.

- You can also make this a couple hours before and keep in the fridge, but I found that it was pretty watery the next day from all the fruit juices.

- Green Goddess Dressing. Fun fact: This colorful dressing was created in the 1920s when a chef at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco wanted to honor actor George Arliss who was opening in a play called, “The Green Goddess.”
- Ranch Dressing. The next best thing to making ranch dressing with tangy buttermilk? You guessed it: Greek yogurt! The thick texture makes for a creamy dressing, and it’s packed with a whole lot of classic tang.
- Poppy Seed Dressing. When combined with a spoonful of mayo, some Champagne vinegar, ground mustard, and of course, poppy seeds, Greek yogurt makes a nice base for a simple poppy seed dressing.
- Avocado Yogurt Dressing. Turning avocado into a dressing without it feeling like thin guacamole can be tricky. But Greek yogurt is one of my favorite ways to make it stand out.
- 2-Minute Creamy Salad Dressing. Make this dressing a couple times and you’ll never need to look at the recipe again. It’s the simplest way to turn a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt into salad dressing and it’s versatile enough to partner with any type of salad.
