Steps:

  • Add the berries, banana, milk and yogurt. Depending on the power of your appliance, you may need to stop it, stir the ingredients and then continue blending. If the consistency is too thin, blend in some ice cubes. Transfer to a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy with a spoon!

  • To finish this Acai Yogurt Smoothie owl, drizzle acai purée over the different flavors of yogurt {you can find this ingredient frozen or substitute with a different puréed fruit, like raspberry}. Use a toothpick to swirl all of the flavors together – you can have fun really making food art. Then layer your fruits beautifully into your bowl.
