- In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking; drain., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk flour and broth until smooth. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat; stir in broth mixture. Add half-and-half. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 1 minute or until thickened. Add process cheese, seasoning blend and salt; stir until smooth., Add chicken and pasta mixture; heat through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Let stand, covered, 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons oil over medium heat. Add chicken; saute until no longer pink, 7-9 minutes. Remove and keep warm., In same skillet, heat remaining oil; add the next 6 ingredients. Cook and stir until onion is translucent, 2-3 minutes. Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute more. Add water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until vegetables are tender, 3-4 minutes. Return chicken to skillet; add olives. Simmer, uncovered, until chicken is heated through, 2-3 minutes. If desired, serve with orzo.

- Cook pasta according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a large ovenproof skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender. Stir in flour until blended; gradually add broth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in the chicken, artichoke hearts, cheese, tomatoes and olives. , Drain pasta; stir into the pan. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 5-7 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley.

- The sauce for this recipe is to be cooked quickly over a high flame so it is recommended that you have all ingredients preped and ready when you begin.
- Start by placing the olive sauce ingredients into a bowl and set aside. Place pasta into a large pot of boiling salted water. (Penne generally takes 10-12 minutes to cook al dente).
- When pasta is about 3-4 minutes from done, melt the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the garlic. Add the olive sauce and let it simmer until pasta is ready.
- Drain pasta well, return it to the pot and stir in 2/3 of the sauce. Place the pasta onto a serving plate and pour the rest of the sauce over top. Sprinkle with feta cheese and fresh basil.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water until tender yet firm to the bit, 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; saute until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 5 to 6 minutes.

- Coat chicken with wheat germ.
- In a large skillet, cook chicken, uncovered, in 1 tablespoon of hot oil over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once.
- Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm.
- In same skillet cook zucchini, green pepper, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in remaining hot oil for 3 minutes.
- Add water; cook 1 minute more.
- Remove from heat; stir in lime or lemon juice and tomato wedges.
- To serve, divide couscous among four dinner plates.
- Place vegetable mixture atop couscous and chicken atop vegetables.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over chicken.
