1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, pickles, dill, and lemon juice.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

4 each hard-boiled egg yolks
3 large Egg, yolk, raw, fresh
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice, or to taste

Steps:

  • Press hard-boiled egg yolks through a fine mesh sieve into a porcelain bowl. Add raw egg yolks and whisk until fluffy and creamy. Add oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking constantly until consistency is like mayonnaise. Whisk in mustard, sour cream, and lemon juice.
