GRANDPA'S SPECIAL STUFFING
Italian style, with prosciutto, salami and pepperoni. My grandfather made this stuffing whenever he made a turkey. We all loved it so much that he had to make extra in a casserole dish!

Steps:
- Place bread cubes in a large bowl and sprinkle with enough water to moisten.
- Add the eggs, prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, Mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley and pepper; mix well.
- Transfer stuffing to casserole dish (or use to stuff a turkey). If using a casserole dish, bake uncovered at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) until top is browned and crisp, 35 to 45 minutes.

This recipe has been in the family for generations - with some ingredient updates through the years. This is certainly one of my comfort foods

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix first 8 ingredients well.
- Cut green peppers in to quarters (or thirds - depending on size of peppers).
- Fill cut peppers with the meat mixture.
- In a dutch oven, mix the tomato soup, tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes.
- Add the additional 1/2 cup of water
- Arrainge filled pepper in the bottom of the pan.
- Spoon sauce over pepper.
- Cover and back foe 2 hours.

Steps:
- 1. Brown ground beef, pork sausage, and chopped onion in skillet until no longer pink.
- 2. Add bag of stuffing cubes, tomato sauce, and plenty of chicken broth to moisten the ingredients.
- 3. Transfer stuffing to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, or until it begins to brown. Serve immediately.
