8 ounces orange juice
Dry Champagne
2 ounces Triple Sec or other orange liqueur
4 curls orange peel

Steps:

Rinse and chill Champagne flutes in freezer to frost glasses. Pour 2 ounces of orange juice into each flute, about 1/3 of the flute. Fill almost to the rim with Champagne. Top each glass with a splash of orange liqueur and garnish with a curl of orange peel.

Steps:

Fill 8 champagne flutes 1/4 full with orange juice. Top with champagne to fill glass 3/4's-way full. Top each drink with 1 tablespoon of Grand Marnier.

In saucepan over moderately high heat, combine water and honey, stirring until honey dissolves. Bring to boil, and stir in allspice. Remove from heat and let stand at least 1 hour. Strain through fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove sediment. (Syrup can be made ahead and refrigerated, tightly covered.)
In the bottom of a chilled champagne flute, pour in the Grand Marnier or brandy, allspice simple syrup and orange juice.
