GOLDEN LATTE
Our favorite vehicle for turmeric is this Ayurvedic-inspired golden latte, which is blended with ginger, cinnamon, honey, coconut oil, and unsweetened almond milk.

Steps:
- Heat almond milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, coconut oil, and honey in a small pot over medium until just simmering. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; strain and discard solids. Whisk while warm until frothy, or serve chilled over ice. Sprinkle with ground turmeric before serving.
GOLDEN MILK LATTES

Steps:
- Add the milk to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, being careful it does not scorch on the bottom. Then, add the sugar, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, cardamom, allspice, nutmeg and black pepper. Whisk to combine. When the spices are dissolved and the milk is steaming, remove from the heat and serve. At this point you can mix in the instant espresso powder according to the package instructions if desired.
GOLDEN MILK LATTE (TURMERIC LATTE)
Steps:
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Pour the milk into a small sauce pan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Alternatively you can heat it in the microwave too!
- Drink and enjoy!
