- Pat cookie dough into an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until deep golden brown; cool. , In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on top. , In a saucepan, bring the sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool; brush over fruit. Chill. Store in refrigerator.

GOLDEN FRUIT PIZZA
This fruit pizza is like no other! As opposed to the traditional cookie crust, this one is made with a delicious corn flake crust that is to die for! Best served with the fruit chilled. Any fruit you choose will work! You've got to try this one! Happy eating!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix cornflakes, butter, corn syrup, and sugar in a bowl until evenly combined; press onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crust is golden brown, about 5 minutes. Drizzle crust with honey and cool in refrigerator, about 15 minutes.
- Stir cream cheese and marshmallow fluff together in a bowl until smooth and creamy; spread over cooled crust, keeping a 1/2-inch border of crust. Chill crust in refrigerator until completely cooled, about 15 minutes.
- Arrange strawberries, apricots, and kiwi over the cream cheese layer.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Press dough evenly into 12-inch pizza pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.
- Remove crust from pan; place on serving plate. Spread with whipped topping; top with fruit.
- Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into 16 slices to serve. Store leftover pizza in refrigerator.

This is one of my favorite desserts! I love to make this for BBQ's or showers. I doesn't last long so I always make two and keep one at home so my DH doesn't pout :) Enjoy!

Steps:
- Lightly spray jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
- Press cookie dough in pan evenly, I use a small rolling pin.
- Bake as directed on package, or until golden brown and set aside to cool completely.
- In a mixer beat cream cheese until smooth (if you do not beat first it will be lumpy), add sugar and mix well, add vanilla and pineapple juice.
- Spread cream cheese mix evenly over cooled cookie crust.
- Garnish with fruit to your taste and serve. I usually make the cookie crust the night before and finish it the next day so it cools while I sleep!

- Preheat the oven to 325˚F (170˚C). Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Add the cashews to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
- Add the oat flour, salt, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla to the food processor and blend until fully combined and the crust becomes very sticky and clumps together.
- Transfer the crust to the prepared baking sheet and use your hands to form it into the shape of a pizza, about ¼-inch (6 mm) thick.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges of the crust are just starting to turn golden brown.
- Let the crust cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Top the crust with the Greek yogurt mixture and spread evenly with a rubber spatula.
- Top with sliced fruit and sprinkle with lemon zest, if using.
- Slice with a knife or pizza cutter, then serve.

- In a small bowl, cream the butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture. - Mix curst ingredients thoroughly.
- Press into 2 round pizza pans or 2 jelly roll pan.
- Bake 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Mix together sugar, softened cream cheese, and fruit juice.
- Spread on cooled crust.
- Top with strawberries, banannas, pineapples, and oranges.
- Cook fruit juice from pineapple and mandarin oranges with cornstarch until slightly thick.
- Drizzle over fruit.
