Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, parmesan and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a food processor and season with pepper; puree until smooth. Brush a 1-quart baking dish with olive oil, then spread the cheese mixture in the dish, mounding it slightly higher around the edge than in the middle. Bake until golden and heated through, about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the tomatoes, chives, vinegar, garlic, the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl. Spoon the tomato mixture on top of the dip. Serve with baguette slices.

- Scatter the cheese on the bottom of the baking dish or dishes.
- Sprinkle with half of the herbs.
- Spoon on just enough tomato sauce to evenly coat the cheese.
- Sprinkle with olives and the remaining herbs.
- Place the baking dish or dishes under the broiler about 3 inches (8 cm) from the heat.
- Broil until the cheese is melted and fragrant, and the tomato sauce is sizzling, 2 to 3 minutes.

- 1. In small saucepan heat oil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic, rosemary, orange zest and red pepper. Cook, uncovered, for 3 to 5 minutes or until garlic is golden, stirring frequently.

- Unwrap your goat cheese log and allow it to soften on the counter along with the cream cheese. It doesn't have to be melted, just soft enough to work with. Meanwhile, mine your garlic and fresh herbs.
- Using a food processor or electric hand mixer, combine all ingredients other than the fresh herbs in a bowl and whip until the texture is light and spreadable. This should happen fairly quickly and you will see a "dip" form before your eyes.
