27 Oct, 2017 @ 6:39am. CSS content not working. So I wanted to get rid of black/pink checkboard and searched how to get CSS content without owning the game. I found youtube vid where you can download CSS Server using SteamCMD,so I did that and Downloaded the CSS Server package, extraced the VPK files in the gmod directory in Addons.
