Gluten Free Self-Rising Flour recipe using homemade flour blend or store-bought GF flour.

Ingredients

1 cup Gluten Free Flour Blend
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 tsp baking binder (if your blend does not contain it)

Steps:

Mix ingredients in a food processor or mixer for at least ten minutes.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

1 teaspoon(s) cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon(s) bicarbonate of soda
1 cup(s) gluten free plain flour

Steps:

Combine teaspoon of cream tartar and 1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda.
Mix 1 cup of gluten free plain flour and sift into a container to ensure that the cream of tartar and bicarob soda is mixed through the flour.
Use as directed in gluten free recipes which requires self rising flour.
