GINA'S HOMEMADE LEMONADE

Steps:
- Make a simple syrup by adding the sugar and water to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- Add a gallon of cold water and the lemon juice to a large glass pitcher. Add the simple syrup and the lemon slices. Stir well. Pour the lemonade into tall glasses filled with ice. Garnish the rims with lemon wedges and enjoy icy cold!
LEMON LIMEADE

- In a large saucepan, heat the sugar and 2 cups water until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot. Allow to cool, and then place into a large drink dispenser or jug. Add the lemon juice and lime juice and stir. Fill with ice and top with 1 gallon (16 cups) cold water. Add the lemon and lime slices.

- Add the cranberry juice, orange liquor and pear brandy to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into two champagne flutes and top with Champagne.
SPARKLING RASPBERRY LIMEADE

Steps:
- Add the sugar, raspberries and 1 cup water to a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Press the berries with the back of a wooden spoon so their juices leach into the mixture. Let sit and steep until cool. Strain, discarding the solids.
- Combine the cooled raspberry syrup, lime juice and club soda in a large pitcher. Pour into tall glasses filled with ice and garnish with the lime slices and a few extra berries.
LEMON-LIMEADE FOR BIG PEOPLE AND LITTLE PEOPLE
Steps:
- Combine juices and sugar in pitcher and stir until all sugar is dissolved. When ready to serve fill tall glasses with ice. Pour about 1/4 cup juice mixture in each glass and add beverage of choice to taste. Stir to blend and add garnishes.
GINA'S PINK PIGITINI

- Place the sugar in a small shallow dish. Coat the rims of chilled martini glasses with water. Dip the rims in the sugar and set aside.
- Combine vanilla vodka, cranberry juice, and grapefruit juice into a large pitcher filled with ice and stir well. Pour into the glasses and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
