Steps:

  • Microwave milk, sugar and chocolate in large liquid microwaveable measuring cup on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
  • Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Let stand 3 min.
  • Add coffee concentrate and cinnamon; mix well.
  • Serve in ice-filled tall glass topped with whipped cream.

1/2 cup cooled, freshly brewed mocha-flavored coffee (Gevalia Kaffe)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 unsweetened chocolate squares
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour, divided
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325 F.
  • Mix sour cream, coffee and vanilla in small bowl.
  • Melt chocolate and butter, stir in sugar.
  • Beat in eggs, one at a time (with electric mixer).
  • Beat in 1/2 cup flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
  • Add remaining flour alternately with sour cream mixture, beating thouroughly.
  • Pour into greased and floured 9-cup fluted tube pan.
  • Bake 60 min.
  • Cool.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

1 qt. (4 cups) water
2 cups fat-free chocolate milk
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup aerosol whipped topping, divided

Steps:

  • Place coffee grounds in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker; brew. Cool.
  • Pour coffee into 2-qt. glass or plastic pitcher. Add milk and chocolate syrup; stir.
  • Refrigerate up to 3 days.
  • FOR EACH SERVING:
  • Fill tall glass with ice. Add 1-1/2 cups coffee mixture. Top with 2 Tbsp. whipped topping.
