Steps:
- For the ice cream: Whisk together the condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt in a large bowl. The mixture will become very thick; set aside.
- Whip the cream with a mixer on medium-high speed until firm peaks form, about 2 minutes. Fold about 1 cup of the whipped cream into the cocoa mixture with a rubber spatula until combined, then fold the lightened mixture into the whipped cream until well blended. Pour into a chilled 9-by-5-by-3-inch metal loaf pan, and freeze, covered, until thick and creamy, like soft-serve, about 2 hours. Swirl in any desired mix-ins with a spoon. Continue to freeze, covered, until solid and scoopable, about 3 hours more.

Steps:
- Chocolate-Pecan Ice Cream: Line a cookie sheet with Reynolds® Cut Rite® Wax Paper; set aside. Slice chocolate ice cream into sheets about 2 inches thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut rounds just larger than the cupcakes from frozen ice cream. Place on wax paper-lined cookie sheet. Press toasted pecan pieces into ice cream letting pecans protrude from the ice cream. Cover and freeze 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line twelve 2-1/2-inch muffin cups with paper baking cups. Set aside.
- In a small bowl stir together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a small saucepan combine chocolate and water. Cook and stir over low heat until melted; cool about 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Beat in sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat on low speed until combined then beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Beat in chocolate mixture. Add the flour mixture and buttermilk alternately to beaten mixture, beating on low speed after each addition just until combined. Spoon batter into bake cups, filling cups about 2/3 full.
- Bake about 25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool thoroughly.
- Just before serving, heat caramel ice cream topping until warm. Remove wrappers from cupcakes; place cupcakes on plates or in shallow bowls. Top each cupcake with one round of Chocolate-Pecan Ice Cream "Frosting." Top with toasted coconut and drizzle with warm caramel ice cream topping.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch deep dish pie plate with no-stick cooking spray, set aside.
- Set aside 1/2 cup of the coconut, then combine remaining coconut with melted margarine or ICBINB in a medium mixing bowl. Toss until mixture is evenly moistened, then firmly press into bottom and sides of prepared pie dish. Bake 13 - 15 minutes then cover edges loosely with foil to prevent excessive browning, then bake 10 - 15 minutes longer until crust is golden. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Meanwhile, spread remaining 1/2 cup coconut on a microwave safe plate and microwave on HIGH power 1 minute. Stir then microwave in 30 second increments until golden, stirring after each increment, set aside (alternately you can just toast coconut in oven on a baking sheet since it is already preheated from baking crust).
- Allow Breyers® Chocolate Ice Cream to soften at room temperature slightly then spread into cooled crust while smoothing top to form an even layer. Spread 2 Tbsp Breyers™ Caramel Flavored Ice Cream Sauce evenly over top then sprinkle evenly with toasted pecans and remaining toasted coconut. Freeze until pie is firm enough to cut into clean slices, about 1 hour (you can also serve right away slices won't hold their shape as well though).
