GEORGE'S DINER CONEY BURGERS

Steps:

• 1. Mix meat with the one onion (minced), parsley, bread cubes, egg, salt and pepper.
• 2. Make into paddies and fry to brown outside. Remove from pan.
• 3. Put remaining ingredients in pan with the remaining chopped onions and hamburgers. Cover and simmer for about one hour.

ISLAND HONEY BURGERS

Steps:

• In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients; mix well.
• Shape into 8 patties.
• Grill the burgers, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 3 minutes on each side.
• Brush with soy sauce.
• Contiinue grilling for 4-6 minutes or until juices run clear, basting several times.
• During the last 4 minutes, grill the pineapple slices until browned, turning once.
• Serve burgers and pineapple on buns with lettuce and condiments of your choice.

CONEY ISLAND BURGERS

Steps:

• Combine ingredients and form into the shape of hot dogs.
• Saute, turning until brown and cooked through.
• Place in a hot dog bun and serve with mustard.
