Tired of grabbing fast food for breakfast? Want something that you can take with you without having to take more containers to work? This is the meal for you. It's fresh! It's not greasy, and you know it didn't come from the freezer! Made this one morning after seeing someone at a local cafe make it. Looked easy enough and thought I'd try it. Now it's something I make and can eat on the go to work.

Ingredients

2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 slice Canadian bacon
1 slice tomatoes
1 slice cheddar cheese
2 slices whole wheat bread

Steps:

In a small bowl scramble the eggs and add a small amount of milk, probably less than the 1/4 that I listed.
Using a non-stick spray, coat a square tupperware container. About the size of a sandwich.
Place the egg mixture into the square tupperware container. Set in the microwave for 1 minute.
Once egg is cooked take out and flip over onto one of the bread slices.
Next place your meat, cheese, and tomato ontop of the egg. Put other bread slice on and set on the grill until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
*NOTE:.
You may also use a panini press. You may also use your choise of bread, cheese and meats as well. Enjoy!

If you want a quick, great tasting sandwich this is one I think you would enjoy. It has a bit of a bite to it, My family requests it at least once a week. It goes great with waffle fries.

4 boneless chicken breasts
olive oil
coarse salt
fresh ground pepper
avo classic spicy guacamole
swiss cheese
lettuce
tomatoes
4 sandwich buns

Steps:

Pre-heat George Foreman Grill.
Wash & dry chicken breasts.
Dip in olive both sides.
Salt & Pepper.
Place chicken on grill and grill for 5 minute on one side then flip and grill another 5 minute.
Take chicken off then slice each chicken in half lenghtwise and place on bun.
Top with Swiss cheese.
Then guacamole.
Then tomato & lettuce.
Enjoy!

Purchase medium size soft submarine rolls for this, the amounts are enough for 3-4 sandwiches you may of coarse double and adjust all amounts to taste, this will work well on a regular grill and also may be made in a large skillet --- the garlic with the butter is only optional if you are not a lover of garlic you may omit if desired, the garlic really brings out extra flavor to these sandwiches :)

Ingredients

4 submarine rolls, halved
1/3 cup soft butter (can use more butter if desired)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, well drained (can use fresh sauteed sliced mushrooms)
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
seasoning salt (to taste) or white salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
1 lb thinly sliced cooked beef
8 slices mozzarella cheese or 8 provolone cheese

Steps:

Preheat both sides of the electric griddle to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl mix the soft butter with garlic powder.
Lightly butter all of the roll halves.
Place on the grill buttered side down and toast until lightly browned; remove and place on a plate/s, then place 2 slices of cheese over 4 bread halves; set aside.
On one half of the grill place the mushrooms, onion slices and bell pepper, then season lightly with seasoned salt and black pepper.
On the other side of the grill place the roast beef then season the beef lightly with freshly ground black pepper if desired.
Cook stirring each group separately as they cook.
When the veggies are tender and the beef is hot divide the hot beef onto the cheese slices then top with the veggies.
Top with the remaining bread halves.
