1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
8 cups tortilla chips (about 8 oz.)
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
1 plum tomato, seeded, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package. Stir in beans.
  • Arrange chips on large ovenproof platter; top with meat mixture and cheese.
  • Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with tomatoes.

¾ cup barbecue sauce
1 can (10.2 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated biscuits
¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz)

Steps:

  • 1. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, mix cooked beef and barbecue sauce. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until hot. 2. Pull each biscuit apart into 2 layers; press each into 4-inch round. Place 1 round in each of 8 greased regular-size muffin cups. Firmly press in bottom and up side, forming ¼-inch rim. Fill with beef mixture; sprinkle with cheese. 3. Bake at 375°F 13 to 15 minutes or until edges of biscuits are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from pan.

1 lb extra lean ground beef
250 ml salsa
1 (10 ounce) bag Tostitos Scoops
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream or 1 cup guacamole

Steps:

  • Cook the ground beef on medium to high heat in a non stick pan until brown and no longer pink.
  • Drain the ground beef and rinse your pan and add beef back to your pan.
  • Pour the jar of Salsa into beef mixture and let simmer until the beef fully absorbs the sauce. The longer you let simmer the better it will taste.
  • While the mixture is cooking, heat oven to 350 degrees and place a cooking sheet on any flat oven pan. Place the Tostitos scoop cups facing up in on the pan.
  • Once the mixture is ready you can spoon it into Tostitos scoop cups and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.
  • Cook in the oven until the cheese is melted.
  • Place each scoop cup on a platter and you can either leave sour cream or guacamole on the side or add to each cup.
