- 1. Combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter in a saucepan; bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add chocolate morsels and stir until melted. Add flour, graham crackers crumbs, walnuts and vanilla. Mix well. Spread into well greased 11 1/2x7 1/2-in. pan. Cool. Cut into squares.

- Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment.
- Bring the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, then let boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Add the oats, peanut butter, vanilla and salt, and stir to combine.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, and let sit at room temperature until cooled and hardened, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

- Line a 9-inch square baking dish with plastic wrap, leaving a 1-inch overhang on all sides.
- Heat chocolate and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring, until chocolate melts and is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Set aside 1/3 cup.
- Combine cookies, 2 cups coconut, 1 cup peanuts, the sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Pour in chocolate mixture; stir until combined.
