- In a large bowl, beat the first 8 ingredients until smooth. Stir in nuts; pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.

- 1. Combine chips, evaporated milk and butter in small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, til mixture is smooth and creamy. In medium to large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add/ whisk in rest of ingredients til well mixed. Gradually stir in chocolate mixture then pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 375F oven for 40 minutes, or til just set. Cool on rack (top will look shiny like a brownie). Enjoy!! :D

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate and butter; remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. Mix together beaten eggs and Eagle Brand milk; stir in hot water, salt and vanilla. Add the chocolate/butter mixture.
- 4. Add 3/4 cup of the pecans into mixture. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
- 5. Next, add remaining pecans to top of pie.
- 6. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool slightly. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream if you desire! Refrigerate leftovers.

- Line an 8-in. square pan with foil; grease foil with 1 teaspoon butter., In a large heavy saucepan, combine remaining butter, granulated and brown sugars, cream and salt. Bring to a rapid boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook, without stirring, until a candy thermometer reads 234° (soft-ball stage). Remove from heat. Add vanilla to pan (do not stir)., Cool, without stirring, to 110°, about 30 minutes. Beat with a spoon until fudge just begins to thicken. Gradually stir in confectioners' sugar until smooth; add nuts and continue stirring until fudge becomes very thick and just begins to lose its sheen. Immediately spread into prepared pan. Cool., Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Remove foil; cut fudge into 1-in. squares. Store between layers of waxed paper in an airtight container.

- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt; cut in the butter and shortening until crumbly. Combine water, vinegar and vanilla. My husbands friends wife made this pie and he brought one home for me to try. It was delicious! I just had to get her recipe.

Steps:
- Melt butter and blend in cocoa.
- Mix cocoa mixture with sugar.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Add milk and mix.
- Add vanilla and mix.
- Add pecans and mix.
- Pour into unbaked pie shells (2).
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
- Pie will puff when done.
- Do not overbake or pie will be dry.
- Take pie out of oven when pie is still shaking in center.
- Let cool off completely then store in refrigerator.
