White wine sangria is the perfect summer party punch. It's lighter than red wine sangrias and includes strawberries, peaches, and citrus.

Ingredients

1 (750-ml) bottle white wine
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1 orange, cut into wedges
1 lime, cut into wedges
1 peach, pitted and cut into wedges
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup lemonade (or limeade)
1/2 cup sugar
3 ounces brandy (apricot, peach, or berry-flavored)
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple (diced, with juice), optional
2 cups ginger ale, chilled

Steps:

Gather the ingredients.
Pour wine into a serving pitcher and squeeze juice from lemon, orange, and lime wedges into wine.
Add citrus fruit wedges (leaving out seeds, if possible) to serving pitcher.
Add peach wedges, sliced strawberries, lemonade or limeade, sugar, brandy, and pineapple with juice, if using. Chill overnight to marry flavors.
Add ginger ale and ice just before serving.

400ml lemonade
handful blueberries
ice cubes
bottle white wine , such as Chardonnay
sprigs of mint

Steps:

Pour the lemonade into a thermos along with a handful blueberries and plenty of ice cubes.
At the picnic, stir together in a jug with a bottle of fruity white wine, such as chardonnay, and serve with sprigs of mint.

2 packages frozen raspberries (frozen hard)
1 quart club soda, chilled
1 -2 lemon, sliced thin

Steps:

Place the raspberries in the bottom of the punch bowl.
Pour wine over berries.
Add one quart of chilled club soda.
Float slices of lemon on the surface.

½ cup peach schnapps
½ cup cognac
¼ cup white sugar
4 oranges, sliced into rounds
2 mangos, peeled and sliced
4 (750 milliliter) bottles dry white wine, chilled
1 liter ginger ale, chilled

Steps:

In a pitcher, combine peach schnapps, cognac, sugar, sliced oranges and sliced mangos. Chill for at least an hour.
Pour fruit mixture into a large punch bowl. Stir in white wine and ginger ale.

1 cup orange liqueur

In large punch bowl, mix cream of coconut and wine.
Stir in pineapple juice and liqueur.
Float a few ice cubes, and the orange slices, and strawberries on top.

Ingredients

6 inches cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves
6 whole allspice
2 cups white cranberries (I used red as white could not be found- my punch was rosey colored)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (750 ml) bottle pinot grigio wine (or similar)

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a 3 qt crock pot.
Cover and cook on low setting 2.5 hours. Remove and discard cloves and cinnamon sticks before serving.
Directions for spice bag- gather spices and put in a piece of cheesecloth tied with a string. (leave longer threads so it is easier to take out or I hang mine from the end of the crock similar to a tea bag) The punch retains the flavor of the spices without the mess of removal.
