1/2 cup butter
11 ½ cups mini marshmallows, divided
2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
7 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal

Steps:

  • Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Spray the base of a wooden spoon as well.
  • In a large Dutch oven on medium heat, melt the butter. Once the butter is melted, pour in the mini marshmallows, reserving 1 1/2 cups.
  • Stir the marshmallows with the butter until melted.
  • Pour the Fruity Pebbles into a large bowl. Add in the Rice Krispies and mix. Pour the cereal mixture into the melted marshmallow mixture, and stir to combine. Stir in the remaining 1 1/2 cups marshmallows.
  • Press the mixture into the prepared pan, but don't press down to firmly compress. Allow the mixture to cool and set for 20 minutes. Once set, cut the treats into squares.

4 cups Miniature Marshmallows
5 cups Fruity Pebbles Cereal
2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a large saucepan at low heat.
  • Once butter is completely melted, add marshmallows to saucepan. Keep on low heat, stirring frequently. Melt marshmallows completely (no lumps).
  • Add Fruity Pebbles cereal to saucepan and mix well with melted marshmallows. Add vanilla (optional).
  • Pour mixture into a 13x9 inch pan coated with cooking spray. This step can get a bit sticky! Use wax paper or a spatula coated in butter to gently press mixture down evenly throughout the pan.
  • Once completely cooled, cut treats into squares and enjoy!Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

4 tablespoons salted butter, plus more for the cake pan
One 10-ounce bag regular marshmallows
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
4 cups fruit-flavored cereal, such as Fruity Pebbles
2 cups rice cereal
One 10-ounce bag mini rainbow marshmallows
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
4 ounces white chocolate

Steps:

  • Thoroughly grease a straight-sided 9-inch square cake pan with butter.
  • Melt the butter in a large, heavy-bottomed pot set over medium heat. Cook, swirling the butter around in the pot, until it foams and turns a medium golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the regular marshmallows and stir until they're completely melted. Add the salt and give it another stir.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and pour in the cereal. Gently fold it into the marshmallow until well combined. Next, add the mini rainbow marshmallows and fold them into the mix. Some will melt, but some will remain whole; that is the way you want it.
  • Turn the mixture into the buttered cake pan and press flat using a wooden spoon or spatula. Sprinkle with the rainbow sprinkles over the top while it is still warm. Let cool completely, about 20 minutes.
  • When the crispy treats are cool, place the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over boiling water. Heat, stirring, until the chocolate is melted and completely smooth. Set aside for a minute to cool.
  • Drizzle the white chocolate over the cooled crispy treats and let the chocolate set for 5 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.

Steps:

  • In a large sauce pan, melt butter over low heat.
  • Add marshmallows to the butter and stir until melted.
  • In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, add Fruity Pebbles or Rice Krispy's and butter marshmallow mix.
  • Stir butter/marshmallow mix with Fruity Pebbles or Rice Krispy's, Press down with a fork to fill in gaps.
  • Cool in the refrigerator for 5 minutes
  • Cut into desired sizes.

3 tablespoons margarine or 3 tablespoons butter
1 (10 ounce) package regular marshmallows or 4 cups mini marshmallows
6 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal

Steps:

  • Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
  • Add Fruity Pebbles. Stir until well coated.
  • Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cut into 2-inch squares when cool. Best if served the same day.
  • MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS In a large microwave safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 and 3 above.

  • Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper with an overhang for easy removal. Spray parchment paper with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large nonstick pan, melt the butter over low heat. Once the butter is completely melted, add in all but 2 and 1/2 cups (120g) of the marshmallows. Stir constantly, keeping the heat on low, until the marshmallows are completely melted.
  • As soon as the marshmallows are just melted, remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the salt and vanilla extract. Next, stir in the Rice Krispies and Fruity Pebbles cereals very gently. Stir in the reserved 2 and 1/2 cups marshmallows. Stir until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the lined and prepared pan. Lightly spritz your hands with cooking spray and gently (do not press hard/compact or you'll get hard bars) press the bars evenly into the pan.
