Here's what you need: oats, coconut shavings, mixed nut, dried fruit, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, coconut oil, milk, pumpkin seed

Ingredients

2 cups oats
2 tablespoons coconut shavings
¼ cup mixed nut, chopped
¼ cup dried fruit, of choice
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 ½ tablespoons ground flaxseed
⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
4 tablespoons milk
pumpkin seed, optional

Steps:

In a big bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds, flaxseed, coconut shavings, nuts and dried fruit.
Combine melted coconut oil and milk. Once combined, add remaining ingredients and mix to form a 'dough-like' mixture.
Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking tray, topping with pumpkin seeds if desired.
Bake at 350'F for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden-brown.
Let cool, then cut into squares and serve.
