FROZEN STRAWBERRY DRINK MIX

Steps:

• Combine sugar, lime juice and water. Stir to mix, then let set until sugar is almost completely dissolved, about 15 minutes (mixture will be thick). In blender, combine sugar mix with strawberries and blend til smooth. Freeze in containers.

FROZEN STRAWBERRIES WITH CREAM COCKTAIL

Steps:

• To rim the glasses: Apply a thin even layer of honey around the rim of 2 glasses. (I find it's easiest to drizzle it directly on the top outside edge of the glass and then use a small rubber spatula or knife to spread it all around).
