FROZEN STRAWBERRY DELIGHT
This dessert is like a frozen strawberry mouse but with a delicious shortbread/walnut crust. This is an very easy dish that can be made up ahead of time and frozen. I have divided this recipe into 2 smaller springform pans. For a dramatic presentation, drizzle chocolate over on top of the dessert

If you make this in advance, transfer mix to a metal bowl and freeze until ready to eat; you don't want this rock hard; if it is, reprocess in processor, then fold into berries.
