1 quart strawberries, de-stemmed
1 (3 pound) block dry ice

Steps:

Wash strawberries and place in a paper towel-lined colander. Cover with another paper towel and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Break your dry ice into small pieces, and toss with berries in a large bowl. Place into a container and cover with a towel. Place this in a cooler for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove berries and put into sealable bags and store in the freezer.

vanilla yogurt (or plain with added vanilla and sugar or Greek)
strawberry

Steps:

Clean and trim the strawberries. You can use them halved or whole.
Either put the yogurt in the freezer for a while to thicken it, use Greek yogurt (it's thicker) or Strain the yogurt in cheesecloth for a while to release liquid and make it thicker.
Dip the strawberries in the yogurt.
Place on a wax paper, parchment or silpat lined sheed that fits in your freezer.
Freeze.
Package in an air-tight container for quick treats.
Serve with a toothpick.
Time does not include freezing.
