PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM DESSERT RECIPE

Steps:

• Combine Oreo crumbs and butter in a large bowl and mix well. Press into an ungreased 9x13.
• Spread ice cream over crust; top with whipped topping. Cover and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
• Drizzle with hot fudge and crushed candy canes right before serving. ENJOY!

FROZEN PEPPERMINT DELIGHT

Steps:

• In a bowl, combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Spread ice cream over crust; top with whipped topping. Cover and freeze until solid. May be frozen for up to 2 months. Just before serving, drizzle with hot fudge topping and sprinkle with peppermint candy.

NO-BAKE FROZEN PEPPERMINT CHEESECAKE

Steps:

• Combine the cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar and press firmly into a 9" springform pan to form a crust.
• Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
• Add condensed milk, crushed mint candy, and the food coloring.
• Mix on low to combine, then on high to beat together well.
• With a spatula, fold in whipped cream and pour into the crust.
• Cover and freeze until firm.
• Garnish with additional whipped cream and whole pieces of peppermint candy, if desired.
• Variation: Use other flavors of mint candies- such as chocolate mint.

FESTIVE MINT CREAM DESSERT

Steps:

• In a microwave, melt 1/2 cup butter. Stir in cookie crumbs. Press into a 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm. Spread ice cream over crust; return to the freezer until firm., In a large saucepan, combine chocolate chips, confectioners' sugar, milk and remaining butter. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook and stir for 3-5 minutes or until thickened. Cool to room temperature. When cool, spread over ice cream; return to freezer until firm., Spread whipped topping over ice cream (dish will be full). Cover and freeze for until firm or overnight. , Remove from the freezer 15-20 minutes before serving. If desired, drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with sprinkles.
