Pretty slices of this refreshing salad are dotted with colorful cherries for a festive look. The flavor is pleasant and not overly sweet like some frozen cherry recipes. Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and whipped topping. Stir in pie filling. Fold oranges into cream cheese mixture. , Transfer to a 9x5-in. loaf pan. Cover and freeze overnight. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish with cherries and orange wedges if desired.

CHERRY DELIGHT
This is my mom's recipe. It is a family requested recipe that she usually makes for Christmas. She's even added green food coloring to the cool whip to give it the festive look.

Steps:
- Melt butter, pour into a 9 x 13 dish add graham cracker crumbs.
- Press in bottom of 9 x 13 forming a crust.
- Bake 350 degrees for 8 10 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Pour on top of cooled cracker crust smooth out.
- Pour cans of cherries on top of the cream cheese mixture then top the cherries with cool whip.
CHERRY PINEAPPLE DELIGHT
Steps:
- Get a glass pan about 13 by 9, and spray with non stick spray.
- Then drain the can of crushed pineapple, and put in pan. Next add the cherry pie filling, then the cake mix (unprepared), and then add the almonds on the top. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.

SLOW COOKER CHERRY AND PINEAPPLE DELIGHT
A good friend gave me this recipe and I converted it for the slow cooker. A great dessert for Sunday afternoon. Serve with ice cream on top.

- Place cherry pie filling in the bottom of a slow cooker. Place crushed pineapple on top.
- Mix cake mix and butter together in a bowl. Spread evenly over cherry and pineapple. Sprinkle with walnuts.
- Cover and cook on High for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or on Low for 3 to 4 hours. Spoon into serving dishes and serve warm.
