- Make a 200ml cup of black coffee following pack instructions, then allow the coffee to go completely cold. Pour into a blender with the milk along with 2 or 3 handfuls of ice and maple syrup, if using, then blend until smooth and foamy.
- Pour into a chilled tall glass and serve.

- Place ground coffee beans into the filter in coffee machine, then add water. Close lid and press button until brewed. Pour coffee into a jar or pitcher and allow it to cool down to room temperature. Once cooled down, cover and place coffee in the refrigerator over night.
- Frothing aerates the milk adding oxygen, which creates more body into the liquid. To Froth: Place the chilled milk into a mixing bowl. Using an emulsifier to pulse or amixer, beat the milk for a minute or so until the milk becomes frothy in texture.
- When ready to serve pour the chilled coffee intoa tall glass filled with a few ice cubes or cubes made from the extra coffee
- Add the frothy milk. Stir to blend. Remove the spoon from the glass and place iton the side of a plate. Simple syrup may be used as a sweetener.
