Fruity and fizzy, this pretty punch is made with lemonade drink mix, orange juice and ginger ale and garnished with orange sherbet and strawberries.

COUNTRY TIME Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix
1-1/2 qt. (6 cups) cold water
1 qt. (4 cups) cold orange juice
1 bottle (28 oz.) ginger ale, chilled
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 qt. (4 cups) orange sherbet

Steps:

Measure drink mix into cap to 2-qt. line; empty into 3-qt. plastic or glass pitcher. Add water and orange juice; stir until mix is dissolved.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Pour prepared drink into punch bowl just before serving. Stir in ginger ale. Top with strawberries and small scoops of sherbet.

2 cups orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1-1/2 cups fresh strawberries
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup chilled carbonated water

Steps:

In a blender, combine the juices, strawberries and sugar. Cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a pitcher; stir in water. Serve in chilled glasses over ice.

Mix limeade concentrate and water in large pitcher. Just before serving, stir in soda pop. Pour into punch bowl. Float scoops of sherbet on top.
